We are a young, constantly growing and evolving company based in Cornellà del Terri (Girona) in northeast Spain. We have extensive experience solving technical and mechanical problems, especially within the agri-food industry.
Driven by a passion for innovation and understanding the needs of a constantly evolving and growing industry, we have developed our own solution for cooling liquid and semi-liquid products safely, quickly, and cost-effectively. A system created to optimize resources, reduce energy costs, and streamline process times, thereby improving the overall efficiency of your production.

The AllinCold continuous cooling system represents an innovative and efficient solution for the modern food industry, especially in the heat treatment of liquid or semi-liquid products such as broths, sauces, creams, or stir-fries. Unlike batch blast chilling systems, this equipment allows large volumes of product to be cooled uninterruptedly, directly in-line, from cooking temperatures (90-100°C) to safe storage temperatures (2-5°C) in just a few minutes, without interrupting the production flow.
AllinCold operation is based on fully enclosed and fully automated product circulation, ensuring efficient and safe product processing. Through an indirect and controlled cooling process, the product's quality is maintained at all times, preserving its original properties. In addition, the system automatically adjusts to the needs of each batch, ensuring consistent quality and full traceability.
AllinCold is a new creation as a subsidiary of SOLIMEK; a young company, but with extensive proven experience, both in the technical and production-manufacturing world, as well as in the commercial segment. These conditions allow us to expand, market, and implement the product in as many locations as possible, helping with the daily work of the agri-food industry.
